Implement and configure Coupa Optimization Engine solutions for complex sourcing and procurement initiatives. Design and execute advanced sourcing events involving multi-variable optimization scenarios. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Configure supplier award scenarios based on business constraints, cost objectives, capacity limitations, geographic considerations, and risk factors. Analyze sourcing event results and recommend optimal supplier award decisions. Support Supplier Risk Management processes and integrate risk assessment into sourcing decisions. Develop sourcing optimization models, bid analysis reports, and procurement dashboards. Work closely with business teams to improve procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and spend management. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support for Coupa sourcing applications. Participate in system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and deployment activities. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Ensure adherence to procurement governance, compliance, and risk management standards. Required Skills Strong experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization Engine. Knowledge of Complex Sourcing Events, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement Operations. Experience in Supplier Risk Management and supplier evaluation processes. Understanding of sourcing optimization concepts, constraints modeling, and scenario analysis. Experience with spend analysis, supplier performance, and procurement workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.
