County sheriffs are elected law enforcement officials responsible for maintaining peace and order within a county. Their duties typically include managing the county jail, serving legal documents, providing courthouse security, and patrolling areas not covered by city police. What are some of the main challenges a County Sheriff faces in managing both law enforcement and administrative responsibilities?
