As a key member of our team, you will: Use your Juris Doctorate degree, analytical mindset, and knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to creditor's rights and collections to develop and implement case-level litigation strategy, and zealously represent clients at court proceedingsHave a high bar for excellence, a sense of urgency, and advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to partner with our internal team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage dockets and cases, prepare pleadings, and ensure seamless case managementUse your good judgement, complex problem-solving skills, and achievement orientation to negotiate settlements with defendants and opposing counsel, defend against counterclaims, and navigate escalated litigation matters to resolve disputes.
