Location: Fairfield County, CT / Norwalk.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000.

High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and guest experience.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of management experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
  • High-volume, full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
  • Positive, people-focused, and detail-oriented hospitality mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with a team-first leadership approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete paid 8-week FOH and BOH cross-training across service, expo, prep, and line operations.
  • Support daily shifts by coaching teams and maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with inventory ordering, prep processes, production, and operational checklists.
  • Help drive performance through organization, consistency, and attention to detail.
