Description:  Cross Country Head Coach
Job Summary:

  • Program Leadership: Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs tailored for middle schoolers. Promote a supportive team culture emphasizing individual improvement and good sportsmanship.
  • Practice & Event Management: Plan and run daily practices. Attend all meets, manage race-day logistics, and handle travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to school policies and state athletic association guidelines. Maintain current First Aid/CPR certifications and follow established injury protocols.
    Qualifications: Previous coaching experience preferred.
                              High school or above running experience preferred.
