Job Description
  1. Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
  2. Department: House Maintenance
  • SUMMARY:

Personnel who clean Alto, Outlaw and Kokopelli Clubhouses as well as La Junta in an efficient and courteous manner. This position will follow the guidelines as set by the policies and procedures of the club.
  1. Job Tasks:
  1. SMILE, SMILE, Smile some more.
  2. Clean all bathrooms.
  3. Clean all dining rooms.
  4. Clean all offices.
  5. Clean all banquet rooms, including the Pavilion.
  6. Empty trash cans
  7. Clean and sanitize all areas of club when needed.
  8. Wash windows and blinds.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  1. Qualifications

Required:
  1. Physical demands must be able to lift or move up to 30 lbs. with or without dolly.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Position requires walking, standing, twisting, reaching, lifting, squatting repetitive motion.
  4. Employee is required to deal with a fast-paced work environment and multiple priorities/tasks.
  5. Must be willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  1. Additional Qualifications:
  1. Must have good communication with housekeeping team.
  2. Must be able to handle physically demanding job duties.
  3. Restock cleaning supplies.
  4. Supports achievement of quality goal; "Do It Right the First Time".
  5. Acts to protect and preserve properties of ALG&CC. All property equipment and furnishings are kept exceptionally neat, clean and in good repair.
