We are looking for an elite, highly organized, and polished Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to our General Manager.The RoleAs the Executive Assistant, you are the central hub of administrative operations and the welcoming face of our executive suite. This is a high-impact role requiring strong communication skills, absolute discretion, and a passion for premium service.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support: Manage the General Manager's calendar, prioritize daily tasks, filter executive communications, and coordinate travel logistics.Member Communications: Draft, proofread, and distribute official announcements and executive club updates.Administrative Management: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, reconcile executive expense reports, and track departmental budgets.Department Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the General Manager and Department Heads.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum 3-5 years of executive-level administrative experience, ideally within a private country club, luxury resort, or high-end hospitality environment.Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential member, staff, and financial information with utmost professionalism.Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
