AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Hostess, Part-time at Trumbull Country Club in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon entering restaurant
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients/situations and alerting management of any issues
  • Keep host area/doorways clean
  • Seat guests in a timely manner and establish a wait list when restaurant is busy
  • Answer any questions guests have upon first entering the restaurant
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps customers satisfied
  • High standard of personal hygiene

Requirements:

  • Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
  • Possess a friendly attitude and a team approach
  • Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area
  • Great customer service and conflict-resolution skills, and a commitment to professionalism
