Description:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to members and staff in accordance with Red Rocks Country Club standards. Provide exceptional food and beverage service to club members and guests. Assist with dining room setup, event service and setup, and complete assigned sidework tasks efficiently and professionally.

· Bar Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Stock and organize bar supplies, clean and maintain bar area, and prepare garnishes. Report bar-related needs or issues to management.

· Member and Guest Service: Greet members and guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly. Ensure a positive dining experience by addressing special requests and checking for satisfaction.

· Event Support: Assist with event setup and service, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail during events.

· Dining Room Operations: Set up and maintain dining areas. Serve meals following service standards, clear soiled dishes, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

· Administrative Tasks: Handle to-go orders, process payments, and ensure member tickets are signed. Assist with reservations and communicate member needs effectively.

· Sidework and Cleaning: Complete opening, closing, and sidework duties, including cleaning the bar, organizing inventory, and maintaining overall cleanliness of workstations.

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

· Education: High School Diploma

· Physical Requirements: Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds. May occasionally involve carrying trays, pushing carts, or moving furniture for event setup.

· Schedule: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on club operations and member events.

· Team Setting: Works closely with other food and beverage staff, kitchen personnel, and management in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

· Weather Exposure (Summer): Outdoor service may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and sunlight.
