Description

Granite Helper & Laborer

Inspect material and supplies on truck

Must have a detailed approach to safety procedures

Responsible for transporting and unloading stone material on work trucks.

Thoroughly review and understand all information listed on job paperwork prior to beginning a project. 

Operated commercial-grade power tools and regularly maintain a company vehicle

Coordinating with other crews for any other task that arise on the job site

Proficient in cutting with a grinder, fabricating, measuring, and polishing stone

Call Project Manager, Salesman, and Countertop Installation Manager for any question regarding the daily projects

Inspect all work for any defect or service issues

Upon completion of a job, carefully assess, clean, and inspect work area for any possible damage before leaving job site

Responsible for taking completion pictures with and without protection placed on the countertops and send over to the installation manager

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Previous experience in countertop installation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift up 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Familiarity with various countertop materials, tools and techniques  Â
