You will be the face of Palmyra Stone Inc. in the field—connecting with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners to showcase our high-quality materials and services, and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
- Engage prospective clients including homeowners, contractors, designers, and remodeling companies
- Understand and effectively present our products and services to potential clients
- Conduct on-site visits to job sites, client offices, and showrooms
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers
- Provide on-site consultations and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, fabrication, and installation) to ensure project success
- Represent Palmyra Stone at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in construction materials, stone, cabinets, or home improvement)
- Solid understanding of the construction and remodeling sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of countertop materials and installation processes is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
