About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman to assist with day-to-day property maintenance, general repairs, and installation projects. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded problem solver who takes pride in quality work, clear communication, and getting the job done right the first time.

While we are primarily seeking strong general maintenance skills, candidates with specialized experience in cabinetry or countertop work (such as marble/stone) will be given extra consideration!

Key Responsibilities

  • General Repairs & Maintenance:
    • Perform routine interior and exterior repairs, including drywall patching, painting, door hardware replacement, and general carpentry.
    • Perform basic plumbing tasks (installing faucets, fixing leaks, replacing garbage disposals) and basic electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures).
  • Assembly & Light Carpentry:
    • Assemble and mount furniture, shelving, cabinets, trim, and fixtures accurately and securely.
    • Inspect property issues, troubleshoot root causes, and determine the necessary materials and steps for repair.
  • Job Site Safety & Client Interaction:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area before, during, and after projects.
    • Communicate politely and professionally with clients, homeowners, or property managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on handyman, property maintenance, or general trade experience.
  • General Skills: Proficient with everyday hand tools, power tools, levels, and measurement equipment.
  • Mindset: Strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and work ethic.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation capable of hauling tools/equipment, and a clean driving record.
