- Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Security) and external partners (law enforcement, customs, industry coalitions) to drive enforcement actions
- Support civil and criminal enforcement efforts, including coordinating raids, customs seizures, and litigation support
- Prepare clear, detailed investigative reports and present findings to management
- Assist in developing training programs to educate employees, dealers, and customers on brand protection best practices
- Monitor global trends in counterfeiting and IP infringement to recommend proactive strategies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years in investigations, brand protection, law enforcement, corporate security, or a related field, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer goods
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law (trademark, copyright, trade dress) and enforcement processes
