THE TYPE OF COUNTER SERVER - BARISTA WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
  • 18+ years old
  • 1+ year of of barista experience
  • Willingness to cross-train and assist with other positions as needed

Candidates who are 21+ years old, have full-time availability, and are available to work weekends are strongly preferred.

This position offers full-time or part-time scheduling flexibility, with shifts occurring during business hours and typically including Saturdays and Sundays between 7 AM and 4 PM and Mondays between 6 AM and 4 PM.
As our Counter Server - Barista, you'll start your day preparing your station for success before crafting flavorful hot and iced coffee and tea beverages for guests. You'll warmly greet customers, take orders, operate professional espresso equipment, and help create the welcoming Birchwood Bakery experience that keeps guests coming back. You'll also maintain a clean, organized workspace, collaborate with teammates, and support other areas of the bakery when needed, bringing energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every interaction.
