We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to support our Mobile Tool Dealer channel. This position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of independently owned Mobile Tool Dealers while driving profitable revenue growth through proactive outbound sales, relationship management, product recommendations, supplier programs, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll own and grow an assigned portfolio of Mobile Tool Dealer accounts by developing long-term business relationships and helping your customers become more successful.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Mobile Tool Dealer accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with independently owned business owners.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through proactive outbound sales calls and customer follow-up.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide consultative sales support.
  • Increase customer share of wallet through cross-selling, upselling, supplier programs, promotions, and strategic product recommendations.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on customer purchasing habits and business needs.
  • Execute supplier promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Develop account growth strategies that help customers improve profitability.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline while consistently achieving sales and customer engagement goals.
  • Serve as the primary business partner for assigned customers.
  • Partner with Category Management, Marketing, Customer Care, Operations, Supplier Partners, and Accounts Receivable to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and account notes within CRM and company systems.
  • Participate in product training, sales meetings, promotional initiatives, supplier education, and continuous learning opportunities.

Required Qualifications
