Do you enjoy helping customers, staying busy, and working in a fast-paced environment? Outdoor Living Supply is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Counter Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You'll assist homeowners, contractors, landscapers, and builders by helping them find the right products, process transactions, answer questions, and build lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do
As the face of our store, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience by:
  • Greeting every customer with friendly, professional service
  • Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
  • Processing sales accurately using our point-of-sale system
  • Handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Answering product questions and helping solve customer problems
  • Building relationships with contractors, landscapers, and homeowners
  • Following up with existing customers and reaching out to prospective customers
  • Learning our landscape and hardscape products
  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom
  • Assisting customers in the yard when needed
  • Occasionally operating a forklift to load materials (training provided if needed)
  • Supporting warehouse and yard operations during busy periods
  • Working as part of a team committed to outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Customer service or retail sales experience
  • Counter sales or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Cash handling or cashier experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new computer systems
  • Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors throughout the day
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
