This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day. Yow will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Assistant Manager responsibilities. This position was created to coach and train to the next level up. Looking for experience in automotive and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
  • Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
  • Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more!
  • Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
  • Support our customers’ needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
  • Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Contribute to the store’s daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
  • Must be able to drive when needed for deliveries. 
  • Clean stock and put orders away during slow periods.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
  • Customer focused with strong communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of Age
  • Valid Driver’s License
    • No major violations
    • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
    • No more than one at-fault accident
  • Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
