Job Summary:

Work Study position for the Office of Registration and Records

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Interact with various college constituents at the Office of Registration and Records front counter
- Assist with all admissions and registration related inquiries while upholding the highest level of customer service
- Communicate with students directly regarding missing requirements for in-state tuition, status of application, and other questions
- Assist staff members on various projects (mass mailings, records update/correction, etc.) in a timely manner with high accuracy
- Troubleshoot student problems with the registration system
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competencies/KSAs:

- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
- Perform tasks in a diligent and timely manner
- Take initiative to better understand assignments and tasks
- Must have work study award

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have current enrollment at CCD of at least 6 credit hours, and an active work-study award.
