• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, addressing various needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific situations, objectives, and therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit client preferences and needs.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, utilizing standardized tools and client feedback to adjust treatment plans and ensure they remain effective.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, fostering safety and stability for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment modalities and participate in training opportunities to enhance your clinical competencies.
• Adhere strictly to the ethical regulations set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Your clientele will encompass a diverse range of individuals seeking assistance for various mental health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely linked field is required.
