We provide a structured yet adaptable schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no evening or weekend work required, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trust while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

As an LPC at Transformative Trauma Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing a spectrum of issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our focus on trauma-informed care emphasizes understanding the impact of trauma on mental health, thereby tailoring treatment to support recovery effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, or EMDR, will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to provide cultural competency in therapy, understanding the unique needs of different client backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and offers a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees pay ahead of collections, eliminating the waiting period for reimbursements. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, with supplemental options available for broader coverage.
  • A 401k retirement plan featuring company contributions to help you plan for your future.
  • Malpractice Insurance provided at no cost to ensure peace of mind while you focus on your clients.
  • An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides additional support resources for staff.
  • In-house training and professional development opportunities, with access to free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) on relevant mental health topics.
  • Bonus opportunities that recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions to the organization.
