Progressive Health Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide telehealth counseling services to a diverse client population from the comfort of your home or our outpatient office located in Arlington, Texas. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with our clients and team members. You will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth platforms that facilitate seamless communication and counseling experiences. While the majority of your work will be conducted online, occasional in-person meetings at our Arlington office may be required for team collaboration and training sessions.

• Conduct virtual assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health concerns, helping to identify their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver high-quality telehealth counseling sessions using innovative online platforms, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care and maximize client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training opportunities, workshops, and supervision to stay current on best practices in the industry.

The successful candidate will serve a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a professional counselor in Texas.
• At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience is mandatory, demonstrating a successful history of client interaction and support.
• Experience with using telehealth platforms and technologies is preferred, showcasing your ability to adapt to virtual care environments.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential to facilitate effective client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced and often emotionally charged environment.

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and workshops is an advantage.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational efforts related to mental health awareness.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. A sign-on bonus may also be provided to successful candidates.
