As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering therapeutic support and creating individualized treatment plans that address the unique mental health challenges faced by each client.

While the majority of your work can be completed from the comfort of your home office, you will have regular opportunities to engage with colleagues, participate in clinical supervision, and benefit from peer support. We provide a structured yet adaptable schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no evening or weekend work required, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trust while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate person-centered care.
• Facilitate regular individual counseling sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Document client interactions and progress notes accurately and promptly in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in individual and group supervision sessions, maintaining continuous professional development and quality of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain an attitude of growth and flexibility, striving for personal and professional development in therapeutic practices.

As an LPC at Transformative Trauma Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing a spectrum of issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our focus on trauma-informed care emphasizes understanding the impact of trauma on mental health, thereby tailoring treatment to support recovery effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is necessary, with a focus on individual therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills, essential for effective client interaction.

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, or EMDR, will be highly regarded.
• Ability to provide cultural competency in therapy, understanding the unique needs of different client backgrounds.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and offers a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees pay ahead of collections, eliminating the waiting period for reimbursements. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
