• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for open dialogue.
• Assess each client’s mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, enabling you to create personalized treatment plans that target their unique challenges.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches that resonate with clients and foster constructive change.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any relevant documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals within our clinic to ensure cohesive care delivery, coordinating resources and support for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions with colleagues to enhance your skills and share best practices in mental health counseling.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and improve your counseling techniques.

You will work closely with a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our patient population includes various age groups and cultural backgrounds, emphasizing the need for culturally competent care tailored to each person’s circumstances. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, promoting resilience, and enabling them to achieve their personal wellness goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory for this role.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts is required.
• Three or more years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record of effective client care.
• Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions, with a strong understanding of telehealth technology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and support them empathetically.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own schedule and maintain timely documentation of client interactions.
• Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health records (EHR) is an asset.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) that can be utilized in remote settings.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as adolescents, couples, or individuals facing unique challenges, is highly desirable.
