This position operates primarily from a remote setting with occasional onsite presence at our outpatient office in McDonough, allowing you to engage with colleagues and clients in a supportive clinic atmosphere. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs, utilizing validated assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each client's specific goals, cultural context, and therapeutic preferences.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate integrated treatment approaches for optimal client care.

• Offer educational support and resources to clients' families, promoting active involvement in the therapeutic process and enhancing the overall recovery experience.
