This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining strong connectivity with clients and colleagues through virtual platforms. You will be provided with administrative assistance in billing and documentation to alleviate your workload, allowing you to prioritize your clients' needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, employing a client-centered approach to encourage active participation in their healing process.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and grief, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Educate clients on effective coping strategies and self-care techniques, equipping them with tools to manage stressors outside of therapy.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress by conducting regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client treatment and progress, adhering to ethical standards and state regulations.

Your work will primarily focus on a culturally diverse client population exhibiting a range of mental health issues. You will provide care to adults, adolescents, couples, and families, ensuring that each client's unique background and experiences are considered in their treatment. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual, couple, and group counseling services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Empathetic, non-judgmental approach to counseling, with a commitment to client empowerment and growth.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate client sessions, including some evening and weekend availability.

• Experience working with a diverse range of client issues, particularly anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teletherapy and telehealth practices.

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
