In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health and identify their specific treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' personal goals, drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to their circumstances.
• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods suited to various mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in group therapy settings, crisis intervention, or specialized certifications in areas like trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy will be strongly favored.
