Familiarity with therapy documentation software, adaptive equipment, and rehabilitation tools is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with patients are vital soft skills in this role. These competencies are crucial for delivering effective therapy, supporting occupational therapists, and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
