Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Cascades at Riverwalk a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Midvale, Utah.

About the Role

As a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

SNF Practice Highlights
  • Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients

Requirements
  • Current Utah Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in good standing

  • Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
