Role Summary
As a Lead Generator in Folsom, CA, you’ll help connect homeowners with Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort by starting friendly, professional conversations that result in qualified appointments for our team. This role is well-suited for Retired or someone who is just looking to work a few days a week who enjoys staying active and engaging with the public.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and engage store visitors to introduce our HVAC services
- Create interest, answer basic questions, and set appointments
- Accurately capture customer details and notes in a mobile app
- Represent the company with integrity, safety awareness, and customer focus
Required qualifications/skills:
- Customer service and/or sales experience (Lead Generation is a plus)
- Clear communication and comfort approaching new people
- Reliable personal transportation and punctual attendance

Your Typical Shift
This position is ideal for Retired or someone who is just looking to work a few days a week and prefers a clear, structured shift. You’ll arrive onsite, set up your area, and stay on your feet throughout the day in a public, high-traffic setting. Most of your time is spent greeting people as they pass, keeping your approach warm and approachable, and adjusting your pace to match the flow of the store.
Between conversations, you’ll use a cell phone app to enter contact details and brief notes, keeping information organized and accurate. You’ll work independently, manage your own time, and rely on your personal transportation to get to the Folsom location. The expected schedule is Thur–Sun, with some flexibility for those looking to work a few days a week.
