Job description

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Sales – Club to lead and grow our club channel business. This role will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding distribution, driving profitability, and managing key retail partnerships within the apparel industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee Sales Account Managers handling club accounts

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and trade funding management

• Expand existing business while securing new accounts

• Manage category reviews, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising initiatives

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, and E-commerce teams

• Forecast sales and align production planning with market demand

• Build strong relationships with key retailers and broker partners

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of apparel sales/account management experience within club accounts

• Strong Costco experience and established buyer relationships REQUIRED

• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams

• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and project management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Economics a plus)
