We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented B2B product marketing manager who can craft compelling narratives, translate complex product value into market-ready messages, and partner cross-functionally to drive measurable business results. This role will be onsite in our Arlington, VA offices. Responsibilities Market Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute integrated product marketing strategies that drive growth across B2B customer segments. Define differentiated value propositions that articulate CoStar's industry-leadership in data, analytics, and technology. Go-to-Market Execution Lead launch planning for new features, enhancements, and market initiatives. Design multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, content marketing) to generate awareness and demand. Content & Messaging Development Create engaging, customer-focused content including web copy, case studies, testimonials, videos, presentations, and email campaigns. Build narratives that simplify complex concepts and resonate with decision-makers. Data & Insights Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and marketing analytics to inform positioning, optimize performance, and refine go-to-market approaches. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, product and research to align product roadmaps with market needs and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Equip sales teams with the tools, materials, and messaging frameworks needed for success. Growth & Innovation Identify new opportunities to increase product adoption and expand reach within existing and emerging markets. Champion experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across marketing programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not for profit, in-person university or college; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within data, SaaS, technology, or analytics-driven industries. Proven success in designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence across levels and functions. Demonstrated track record of collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences, client meetings, and team collaboration.
