Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 year's experience in an HR administrative role
  • Relevant proffesional major in Pschycology, Business Administration or Talent management.
  • Stong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships quickly. Bilingual English-Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm and self motivation. An ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • You have a well-organized and structured approach to your work.

What will you be doing?

This role supports our LATAM HR team in providing proactive HR Administration and Coordination to our Costa Rican, Mexican and Brazilian employees and working as part of a larger, matrixed Global team. This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week working from our Costa Rica Office. Culture is pivotal to the success of our business, and as an HR team we work hard to drive initiatives that embrace and support being a Great Place to Work for All. Along with the expected HR tasks, you will have the opportunity to work with the team on our exciting initiatives from cultural projects to community impact programs.

You will be required to carry out a range of administrative duties within our busy HR team including onboarding, absence, benefits administration, probation, induction and training related tasks. You should therefore have excellent administrative, organizational and IT skills. A relevant Human Resource qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest ethical standard and provide advice to the businesses you support to ensure they are compliant when dealing with people related matters aligned with our culture.
  • Provide an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's Operations and engagement including terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and WWT policies.
  • Proven experience in employee lifecycle (onboarding/ offboarding process): Supporting on leading the new hire onboarding process. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for new employees, scheduling and conducting induction sessions, administering the mentoring program, and managing the distribution of new hire profiles. You will be required to work from the office every Monday and three times a week to fulfill these duties.
  • Supporting the HR Director with the year-end performance management process.
  • Engage in promoting and 'living' the core values of WWT, monitoring employee health and wellbeing and assisting with Great Place to Work initiatives.
  • Ensure all data on manual and computerized records is accurate and up to date and provide accurate and timely reports as and when required.
  • Providing HR Administrative support including, drafting employment documents and letters, running reports, conducting exit interviews and providing proactive analysis on trends, and responding to requests for information such as references.
  • Communicating monthly payroll new hires information
  • Assisting the People Service team with a transition to a centralized support function
