We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage order coordination, transportation arrangements, and communication between carriers, sales teams, and customers. This role is key to ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and exceptional service levels across our logistics operations for Satellite Suites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with carriers to schedule and manage shipments

Monitor production schedules and sales orders

Communicate with sales teams and customers to ensure service excellence

Prepare shipping and export documentation in compliance with trade regulations

Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies

Identify and support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

3+ years of transportation or logistics experience preferred
