Job Description
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the Food & Beverage department with receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking products and supplies. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper product rotation, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
What You'll Do:
  • Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
  • Organize and stock products in designated storage areas following FIFO procedures.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with monthly physical inventories.
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.
  • Assist in distributing products and supplies to Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, coolers, and warehouse areas.
  • Investigate inventory variances and report findings to management.
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
  • Work closely with purchasing, culinary, and outlet teams to support operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
