Your Role

As a Clinic Classroom Learning Leader, you'll motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both their technical skills and guest service excellence - creating extraordinary learning experiences through objective-based education, mini-classes, and learning centers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Future Professionals through the full guest experience, from greeting and consultation to service completion, rebooking, and Take Home recommendations
  • Deliver dynamic mini-classes and learning centers using Paul Mitchell's proven objective-based education system
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and state board sanitation standards
  • Drive product knowledge that benefits both guests and students through the Take Home Recommendation program
  • Complete student evaluations, Service Tickets, and educational assessments to track and celebrate growth
  • Use Paul Mitchell curriculum tools - including Skill Cards and the 4-Step Program - to guide every service
  • Model professionalism, passion, and artistry every single day
