You'll work alongside experienced Compounders to weigh ingredients, prepare materials, operate equipment, document batches, and help transform raw materials into products used by people across the country.You don't need years of compounding experience.   • Gather, verify, weigh, and stage ingredients according to approved formulas.
  • Assist with mixing, heating, cooling, blending, and transferring product batches.
  • Learn how to safely operate tanks, pumps, scales, hoses, and compounding equipment.
  • Double-check material names, lot numbers, weights, quantities, temperatures, and processing times.
  • Complete batch records, labels, and production documents accurately and in real time.
  • Collect product samples and watch for changes in color, odor, texture, temperature, or consistency.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, containers, and work areas.
  • Safely move and label raw materials and finished bulk products.
  • Speak up immediately when something doesn't look right.

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work around fragrances, powders, oils, chemicals, heat, machinery, wet surfaces, and varying temperatures.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Work scheduled hours and reasonable overtime based on production needs.
