As an onsite provider in a hospital setting, you will experience a supportive team dynamic within a busy and patient-focused practice. Our operational schedule primarily runs Monday through Thursday, with occasional minimal hours on Fridays, ensuring you enjoy a work-life balance free from weekend shifts and excessive on-call duties.

• Deliver coordinated patient care alongside the supervising physician, ensuring that treatment plans are thoroughly executed and patient needs are met.
• Work closely with the internal support team to schedule patient appointments, maintain medical records, and ensure the seamless operation of clinic procedures.
• Independently manage your own patient caseload after completing initial training, addressing a variety of dermatological conditions and cosmetic inquiries.
• Assist in surgical procedures, including preparation, execution, and post-operative follow-ups to support overall patient recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in dermatology to enhance patient care methodologies and outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet clinic needs and optimize patient satisfaction.

• A valid Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for fostering strong patient relationships.

• Previous roles involving surgical assistance and direct patient care post-surgery are advantageous.
