Job description

About the Role:
Masonry Cosmetics Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in South Bend, IN! This opportunity will be in a 30 to 35 hour per week position in a dynamic office environment while helping with keeping operations running smoothly.
Some Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Light accounting such as accounts payable, invoicing and payroll
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Create shipping labels for all outgoing orders
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Quickbooks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
