Job description

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector – MedSpa MD (PA or DE Licensed)

Location:
Newtown Square, PA or Wilmington, DE
(New NP injector role supporting both locations)

Compensation:
$62–$70 per hour (DOE) + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Estimated earning potential: $130,000+ annually once schedule is consistently booked


MedSpa MD is expanding with a brand-new medical spa location in Delaware and is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to help launch and grow the practice. You’ll start part-time with a clear path to full-time as patient volume increases, with strong potential for high earnings, leadership, and long-term growth within an established aesthetics brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide cosmetic injectable treatments: Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and other neurotoxins

  • Perform dermal filler treatments for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and full-face rejuvenation

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and create customized aesthetic treatment plans

  • Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care

  • Support additional aesthetic services such as non-surgical body contouring and laser treatments

  • Help build clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices for the new Delaware location

  • Contribute to a positive patient experience and smooth daily clinic operations

  • Optionally participate in educational social media content (treatment videos, before-and-after discussions)

Qualifications
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Pennsylvania or Delaware (willing to obtain second license with support)

  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on cosmetic injectable experience (neurotoxin and filler)

  • Strong skills in facial assessment, balancing, and natural-looking results

  • Excellent consultation and patient communication abilities

  • Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-end medspa environment

  • Interest in long-term career growth with a modern, expanding aesthetics practice

  • Comfortable with or open to appearing on camera for educational content is a plus

Preferred Background

  • Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, facial plastics, or plastic surgery setting

  • Advanced training in full-face rejuvenation and combination treatments
