Partnership Track | Established Cosmetic Practice | Must relocate to Charlotte, NC
Not every cosmetic surgery opportunity offers a clear path to ownership.
An established, highly successful aesthetic surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join an exclusively cosmetic practice with a defined partnership track. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career alongside an award-winning plastic surgeon in a high-volume, cash-pay practice focused entirely on aesthetic surgery.
Whether you are completing residency or have several years of experience, this position provides mentorship, immediate surgical volume, and the opportunity to become a partner in an established practice.

Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency (integrated or independent)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
  • Passion for aesthetic plastic surgery
  • Excellent surgical, communication, and patient relationship skills
  • Desire to build a long-term career within a collaborative private practice
