Your Role

  • Provide comprehensive dermatologic care: medical, surgical, and cosmetic.
  • Collaborate with a seasoned team of dermatologists in a high-quality, patient-focused setting.
  • Work with an efficient support staff, including dedicated scribes to minimize admin work and maximize clinical care.
  • Option to expand into cosmetic dermatology with access to the latest laser technologies and procedures.
Compensation & Perks
  • Compensation: 45% of collections (medical), 50% (cosmetic)
  • Patients: PPO, Medicare, and cash-pay only - no HMOs
  • Tech: EMA electronic medical records (experience a plus)
  • Mentorship: Ideal for newer grads or those looking to grow their cosmetic practice

What We're Looking For
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
  • Active (or eligible) California medical license
  • 1+ year of dermatology experience preferred
  • Prefer already credentialed with PPO's in CA and Medicare
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in a collaborative, flexible, team-based practice
  • Eagerness to build long-term patient relationships
