Job Overview

The Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing the formulation and development of skincare, haircare, and color cosmetic products. This role requires extensive experience in cosmetic science, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective and safe formulations, managing a team of scientists, and driving projects from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
