About Us: We are a skincare and cosmetics manufacturer specializing in private-label products, custom formulation, packaging, and wholesale cosmetic ingredients. We help beauty brands and entrepreneurs bring products from concept to market.

The Opportunity: We’re seeking ambitious college students near graduation, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in beauty, and sales.

During this 12-week, in-person internship, you’ll receive hands-on training and shadow experienced team members while learning:

• B2B beauty sales and customer communication
• Private-label and custom manufacturing
• Cosmetic ingredients, formulation, and packaging
• Lead development, quotations, and sales follow-up
• Market and competitor research

Schedule

• 12 weeks, in person
• 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Minimum four days per week

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, sales, or business
• Professional, dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• Confident communication and basic computer skills
• No previous sales experience required

Career Path: Essentially we want to hire full time team, so high-performing interns will be considered for a full-time position offering base pay plus an enhanced commission structure. This is an unpaid educational internship with the opportunity to earn commission on sales as motivation.
