About the Role:

Arbonne International is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager โ€“ Skincare & Cosmeticsto support the execution of brand, product, and go-to-market initiatives across the skincare and cosmetics categories, with dedicated support for seasonal and holiday programs.

The Assistant Brand Manager will play an important role in supporting day-to-day brand management, competitive research, launch execution, cross-functional coordination, and marketing asset development. This person will help ensure product stories are clear, compelling, and consistently executed across channels, while also supporting the planning and execution of holiday programs that drive excitement, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities :

What youโ€™ll be doing:

  • Brand, Category & Launch Support
    • Support the Sr. Brand Manager in the execution of brand plans, product launches, campaigns, and category initiatives for skincare and cosmetics.
    • Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, competitive overviews, launch recaps, product fact sheets, campaign inputs, selling tools, training materials, and internal presentations.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the skincare and cosmetics portfolio, including product benefits, key claims, ingredients, usage, target consumer, and competitive positioning.
    • Review marketing materials for product accuracy, claims alignment, messaging consistency, and brand tone.
    • Track skincare, cosmetics, beauty, gifting, wellness, and social commerce trends to keep the team informed of relevant market activity and opportunities.
    • Compile competitive audits, pricing reviews, product comparisons, claims analysis, field feedback, product reviews, and launch examples to support category planning and recommendations.
  • Holiday & Seasonal Programs
    • Support the planning and execution of holiday and seasonal programs, including gift sets, limited-time offers, promotional bundles, packaging concepts, and campaign support.
    • Assist with holiday assortment planning, product naming, positioning, pricing support, messaging, and go-to-market materials.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Digital, Sales, Training, Supply Chain, and International teams to help bring holiday programs to market.
    • Track seasonal timelines, key milestones, asset needs, and deliverables to ensure programs stay on schedule.
    • Monitor beauty, gifting, retail, and holiday trends to help inform seasonal storytelling and product presentation.
  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Support the development of launch briefs, product fact sheets, campaign inputs, selling tools, training materials, and consultant-facing resources.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Copy, Digital, Social, Training, Sales, and Field teams to help ensure launch assets are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
  • Review marketing materials for product accuracy, claims alignment, messaging consistency, and brand tone.
  • Assist with product seeding, sampling programs, event support, and internal product education as needed.
  • Help prepare launch recaps and performance summaries, including key learnings and opportunities for future optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Serve as a key support partner across brand, product, marketing, creative, digital, training, sales, supply chain, and international workstreams.
    • Help manage timelines, meeting notes, action items, asset trackers, launch checklists, and cross-functional follow-ups.
    • Support communication between teams to ensure project details, deadlines, and deliverables are clear and aligned.
    • Assist with product seeding, sampling programs, event support, internal product education, and consultant-facing resources as needed.
    • Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing details and helping move projects forward.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, category management, beauty marketing, retail marketing, or consumer products.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, wellness, gifting, and consumer trends.
  • Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, seasonal programs, or cross-functional projects preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Product Development, Sales, Training, Supply Chain, and International teams.
  • Comfortable working with data, competitive research, product information, and consumer insights to support recommendations.
  • Proactive, flexible, collaborative, solutions oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
