Job description

SUMMARY

Responsible for performing and overseeing electronic billing, using platforms such as Open Invoice and Cortex. Oversight includes ensuring that all invoicing has been uploaded and done so timely, as well as problem solving any disputes or problems and coordinating with billers and whoever else necessary to resolve. Performance of electronic invoicing will also be required, either on a regular or ad-hoc basis, whenever necessary. This position requires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism and may interact with high-level individuals and customers outside of the Company.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Team player to coordinate electronic invoicing daily for various customers and verify all data has been entered correctly
  • Must be detail oriented and be organized
  • Responsible for reconciling billing to EDI platforms
  • Work independently, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines
  • Must me a self-starter who can solve problems and take necessary action to achieve results
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Excel, pivots and lookups
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, OpenInvoice, Cortex
  • Ability to organize daily duties and prioritize tasks
