  • Proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies that may impact regulatory timelines or outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of consistent ways of working across teams.

Team Alignment & Collaboration
  • Facilitate global regulatory team interactions to ensure alignment, decision clarity, and follow-through.
  • Maintain close connection with regional and country teams to support submission planning and execution.
  • Share learnings and best practices across the broader regulatory organization.

Competencies & Leadership Expectations
  • Execution leadership and accountability in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving in ambiguous situations
  • Governance mindset combined with openness to change
  • High learning agility and adaptability to evolving tools, processes, and operating models

Capabilities & Experience

  • Experience operating within governance frameworks and cross-functional decision forums.
  • Ability to operate effectively across regulatory jurisdictions, technical disciplines, and global time zones.
  • Strong ability to learn, adopt, and leverage project management and data/analytics solutions.
