Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team on night shift. Hours available are 6 pm to 6 am or 10 pm to 6 am. The ideal candidate will have experience providing care to residents in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, fostering a sense of comfort and well-being.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

  • Support residents with mobility needs, ensuring safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs, and providing assistance with ambulation and mobility exercises.

  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
