ED, hematology oncology & infusion 
No alternative schedules 
At least 2 years of outpatient chemotherapy/immunotherapy infusion experience ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration is not accepted 
Previous Epic experience required 
Treatments/services: Chemotherapy and biotherapy infusions Blood product administration IV iron, fluids, and electrolytes Port lab draws and injections Patient and family education and emotional support
