About the Role
PerformWell partners with mid-sized companies (150-300 employees) to deliver year-long corporate wellness programs built around four 6-week accountability campaigns. Each campaign pairs employees with a dedicated wellness coach and our proprietary app to track activity, nutrition, and mindfulness. We're looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to bring this program to companies in the United States
What You'll Do
• Prospect and build relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, and executives at target companies (150-300 employees)
• Run discovery calls and in-person meetings to understand each company's wellness goals and pain points
• Deliver a compelling pitch and proposal for the year-long, 4-campaign program
• Negotiate and close annual contracts
• Manage a pipeline independently - this is an outbound, self-driven sales role
• Hand off closed accounts smoothly to the coaching/delivery team
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into HR/benefits decision-makers or high-ticket services
• Comfortable with a longer sales cycle and consultative selling
• Self-motivated - you thrive on straight commission with no salary safety net
• Strong communicator who can sell both the ROI (reduced healthcare costs, engagement, retention) and the mission (employee wellbeing)
• Experience in wellness, health, fitness, benefits, or HR-adjacent sales is a plus
Compensation Details
• Straight commission: 35% of total contract value per signed year-long agreement.
Average business deal will generate $31,200 per business contracted with.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $30.00 - $30.00 per hour
