What does a typical workday look like for a corporate video editor in a company setting?

A typical day for a Corporate Video Editor often involves reviewing raw footage, editing video sequences to meet project briefs, adding graphics and soundtracks, and collaborating with marketing, communications, or HR teams to finalize content. Editors may participate in project meetings to discuss concepts, manage revisions based on stakeholder feedback, and ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging standards. The workflow is usually deadline-driven, requiring effective prioritization and adaptability. While most work is desk-based, some roles may also entail onsite filming or attending company events.
