Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Corporate Travel Coordinator to support the day to day operations of our internal travel department. Your primary role will be to ensure our employees are supported through the travel coordination process while adhering to our corporate travel policy. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a travel agency, corporate travel setting or executive support role who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, book, and manage domestic and international flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Ensure all bookings align with company travel policies and budgetary constraints.
  • Assist in managing traveler profiles within our Online Booking Tool and GDS (Sabre Red 360)
  • Support weekly travel expense reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel coordination, travel agency or senior executive support.
  • Proficiency in one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo) and experience with OBTs like Concur is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to support travel disruptions as necessary.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook or Gmail.
