  • Leading process improvement initiatives

This role is an exciting opportunity to champion the culture of Jane Street. The first impression of our firm often begins with travel, and we aim to make our colleagues and visitors feel supported. Smooth travel is one of the things we do to keep Jane Street a delightful place to work, and you'll play a key role in building and scaling these experiences.

About You

  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with operational excellence
  • Reliable, courteous, and flexible team player with a great customer service attitude
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and navigating change
  • Able to multitask and prioritize varying, sometimes competing requestsย
  • Organized and detail-orientedย
  • Comfortable working independently, making decisions quickly, and taking initiative to close the loop on outstanding issues
  • Can work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and evening hours to handle urgent travel needs
  • Experienced with Google Workspace, Excel, and travel management platforms
  • Ideally experienced with expense management systems (Workday or similar) and corporate card programs (but not required)
